1、 General failure of mechanical system of carton compression testing machine

1. The lower transmission chain is worn and elongated, which affects the normal operation of the main engine

The reason is that after long-term use, the wear of chain shaft or chain hole increases the circumference of chain, so the position of chain tension wheel should be adjusted.

2. The parallelism between the upper and lower platens is out of tolerance, which affects the test accuracy

A. The relative angular displacement of the two driving screws is caused by the elongation of the chain, and the position of the chain tensioning wheel should be adjusted.

B. When the stress-strain relationship of the four tension springs in the upper part of the upper platen changes, the compression length of the spring should be adjusted.

2、 General faults of measurement and control system of carton compression testing machine

1. No display, button failure

It may be that the fuse is burnt out, the power switch is damaged, or the power line is in poor contact or loose. Replace the fuse, replace the power switch, and check and repair the power line.

2. After power on or in use, the button does not work

If the system is "dead", press the "reset" key or turn off the power to restart.

3. Press the "print" key and the printer will not work

A. If the connection of the print head falls off or the contact is poor, check the print circuit.

B. If the print head is damaged, replace it.

4. The display has no display or random display, but other functions of the tester are normal

A. If the wiring of the display is off or in poor contact, check the wiring.

B. If the monitor is damaged, replace it.

4. The display is normal, some of the buttons do not work

If the key is damaged, replace it.

5. The display is normal and the motor is out of control

Motor control circuit fault, should check the circuit, find out the fault and take corresponding measures (by professionals)
